Благодаря цветовому единству композиции, погружению фигур в особое, художником придуманное, собственное безвоздушное пространство, имеющее незначительную глубину, изображение не мешает реальному пространству кабинета.
Зато пространство зала получает сумрачный, как древность, магический знак, решительный тотемный узор.
Сложные серповидные переплетения антропных форм создают таинственную атмосферу, некий action амазономахии из объятий и борьбы.
Роспись Константинова не только о времени, она призвана разговаривать с будущим, а значит, она ДЛЯ времени, и его искусство возвращает в эстетический баланс культуры нечто существенное, оно восстанавливает цену поэзии жизни — и отдельной, конкретной, и жизни вообще, как всеобщей драматический участи.
